Please review these terms carefully before completing your booking
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Booking cancellation is not allowed.
- There is no refund policy under any circumstance.
- 100% advance payment at check-in is mandatory.
Postponement (Date Change)
- Email us at least 10 days in advance to request a postponement. Requests by phone call are not accepted.
- Only one date change is allowed per booking, and a 10% fee applies.
- Missing the revised date will result in cancellation with no refund.
Admission & Pre-Check-In Tests
- Admission is subject to the final decision of the doctors and management.
- Required pre-check-in tests: HIV I & II and Hepatitis B (₹550 per person, results in ~6 hours). Tests can be done on-site or submitted from an external lab report no older than 7 days.
- Incorrect or incomplete medical reports, or a positive test result, will result in denied admission with no refund.
