- Abhyanga (Self-Massage): Perform a gentle self-massage with warm Ayurvedic oil to improve circulation and promote relaxation.
- Udwarthanam (Powder Massage): This dry massage with herbal powders helps exfoliate dead skin cells, improve circulation, and remove toxins. (Focus on areas below the neck)
- Afternoon: Light and nutritious lunch.
- Evening
- Bride: Pizhichil (Herbal Oil Bath) - Bathe in a continuous stream of warm, medicated oil while receiving a gentle massage. This deeply nourishes the body, reduces stress, and promotes muscle toning.
- Groom: Choose one (based on preference):
- Mud Bath - Enjoy a therapeutic soak in warm mud to remove toxins and cool the body.
- Udwarthanam (Powder Massage) - Focus on specific areas of concern for further detoxification and circulation improvement.

- Abhyanga (Self-Massage).
- Lepam (Body Wrap): Relax in a nourishing body wrap made with Ayurvedic powders, fruit pulp, milk, rose water, and rose petals. This treatment leaves the skin soft, smooth, and radiant.
- Afternoon: Light lunch.
- Evening
- Bride: Mukhalepam (Face Pack) - A customized Ayurvedic face pack is applied to gently exfoliate and brighten the skin. This treatment promotes a natural glow and removes impurities.
- Groom: Shiro Abhyanga (Head Massage) and Herbal Shampoo - A soothing head massage with Ayurvedic oils improves blood circulation, reduces stress, and promotes hair growth and shine. Herbal shampoo is used to gently cleanse the hair.

- Navarakizhi (Medicinal Rice Poultice) - Warm, cooked medicinal rice poultices dipped in milk and herbs are applied to the body. This nourishing and revitalizing treatment improves muscle tone and prepares you for the wedding festivities.
- Pizhichil (Herbal Oil Bath) - Enjoy a final relaxing oil bath for deep nourishment and stress relief.
- Groom: Shirodhara (Herbal Oil Dripping) - Warm, medicated oil is gently poured onto the forehead in a continuous stream, promoting deep relaxation, improving sleep, and nourishing the scalp and hair.
- Afternoon: Light lunch.
- Evening: Rest and relaxation. Consider meditation or gentle yoga to promote inner peace.
