Welcome & Consultation An Ayurvedic Doctor will discuss your medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle habits and on that basis assess your Prakriti, which is your Ayurvedic mind-body constitution based on the elements (doshas). The doctor will then recommend a personalized treatment plan.
Routine
- Dawn (3:45 AM - 4:00 AM): Greet the day with a joyful heart and a gentle smile.
- Hydration (4:00 AM - 5:00 AM): Replenish your body with 2-3 glasses of water.
- Internal Cleansing (5:00 AM - 5:15 AM): Choose a warm lemon-honey drink, water, or a customized herbal decoction based on your needs.
- Inner Harmony (5:15 AM - 7:30 AM): Engage in practices that nourish your spirit: Hawan (offering), Yoga postures (Asanas), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and silent reflection (Prayer).
- Rejuvenation (7:30 AM - 8:00 AM): Choose either a mud compress treatment or spend time gazing at the sunrise.
- Nourishment (8:00 AM - 8:45 AM): Enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast.
- Deep Cleansing (9:00 AM - 12:30 PM): Pamper yourself with a mud bath followed by personalized therapies like Hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy, or Panchkarma (Ayurvedic detoxification).
- Refueling (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM): Take a break to savor a satisfying lunch.
- Afternoon Restoration (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Continue hydration with your preferred choice of lemon-honey water, herbal drinks, or fresh fruits.
- Healing and Balance (3:00 PM - 5:30 PM): Dedicate this time to further therapeutic practices (Hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy, Panchkarma) or acupuncture treatment.
- Renewal (5:30 PM - 6:00 PM): Unwind with evening reflexology or immerse yourself in nature's serenity.
- Inner Peace (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM): Participate in Yoga postures (Asanas), Pranayama, and meditation tailored to your specific needs.
- Nourishment for the Night (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM): Enjoy a light and wholesome dinner.
- Personal Sanctuary (8:30 PM - 9:30 PM): Engage in personalized wellness practices or simply retire to your room for a calming prayer. Before drifting off to sleep, reaffirm your unwavering belief in your complete physical and mental well-being.
Nourishing Your Journey at Atmabodh
At Atmabodh, we believe food is medicine. Our "Aahar Therapy" personalizes your diet based on your body type and needs. Naturopathy emphasizes natural, whole foods, often vegetarian and rich in raw ingredients. To maintain optimal health, we focus on alkaline foods like vegetables, fruits, lentils, and nuts, while limiting acidic items like coffee, meat, and processed foods. Following yogic tradition, we primarily serve Sattvic Aahar, the purest form of food. Fresh, light, and plant-based, Sattvic meals promote energy, happiness, calmness, and mental clarity. It's a delicious way to nourish your body and support your healing journey.
