3:45 AM – 4:00 AM: Get up early in the morning with a smile and a cheerful heart.

4:00 – 5:00 AM: Drink 2-3 glasses of water,Morning walk,Shatkarma

5:00 – 5:15 AM: Drink lemon-honey, water, kwath (decoction), according to your ailment.

5:15 – 7:30 AM: Hawan, Yoga, Prayer, Asanas, Pranayama.

7:30 – 8:00 AM: Mud Compress / Sun Gazing.

8:00 – 8:45 AM: Breakfast

9:00 – 12:30 PM: Mud Bath, Therapies (Hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy, Panchkarma)

At Atmabodh, the food is an integral part of the cleansing and healing process. It’s considered the “Aahar Therapy” or an important approach to one’s health and wellness. Each health-seeker is prescribed a personalised diet plan, based on their body type and medical conditions.Naturopathy encourages natural food, i.e. the food consumed essentially in natural form. Eating simple, vegetarian meals, with high quantity of raw ingredients is generally recommended, to remain in the best of our energy and health. All food can be classified as acidic or alkaline. To remain healthy 80% of our food intake should be alkaline, that includes fresh vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans, nuts, yogurt, milk etc.
