Schedule
- Welcome & Consultation : Briefly discuss your stress levels and areas of concern. An Ayurvedic Doctor will customize the treatments based on your Prakriti (ayurvedic constitution) .
- Enema : An enema involves flushing the colon with water or a solution to cleanse and eliminate waste products. It is a common Ayurvedic practice for detoxification and constipation relief.
- Hot and Cold Compression : This technique involves alternating the application of hot and cold compresses to a specific area of the body. The contrast in temperature stimulates circulation, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing.
- Abhyanga : This Ayurvedic self-massage involves applying warm herbal oil to the entire body to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and eliminate toxins.
- Patra Pind Swedan : This herbal poultice massage involves applying warm, medicated herbal paste wrapped in cloth to specific areas of the body. It is a deeper form of detoxification and pain relief.
- Sarvanga Swedana : it is a full-body sweat therapy used in Ayurveda to promote detoxification, improve circulation, and address various health concerns.
- Nasyam : This Ayurvedic nasal cleansing technique involves applying medicated oil or drops to the nostrils to clear congestion, eliminate toxins, and improve respiratory health.
